AV Support for Solarwinds Conference

We were commissioned by Solarwinds for a second time at the beginning of the year, providing AV support for a conference.

Using the in house AV system, our technical team operated high spec laptops and switching equipment to enhance the event at London Marriott Hotel Regents Park. A countdown clock ensured that the event ran on time, and two identical laptops, running one presentation slide apart, allowed the speaker to see both the current and upcoming slide in the presentation.

We also installed a four-speaker audio system with multiple lapel and handheld microphones available which allowed greater audience participation.
