General Managers Conference for International Hotel Group
Conference Craft has once more returned to Heathrow Terminal 4 venue to manage the technical AV setup for an international Hotel Group’s general managers conference.
This hybrid conference hosted an audience of 90 people in the room, but almost twice that amount via online connection which, due to travel restrictions, is still very common.
In harmony with the meeting’s colour scheme, we’ve provided a backdrop of laser projectors within our lighting setup, combined with a 2-way video conferencing setup between live and online participants.
The client was very pleased with the final result, and we’re hoping to continue supporting the Group in the future.
