• The Arora Suite at Sofitel London Heathrow has a capacity of up to 1,300 seats and 1,500 standing.
• The Stockley Marquee at the Stockley Park Golf Club is a year-round, permanent structure with a capacity for up to 700 seats and 1,000 standing.
• The Premier Suite at Kempton Park Racecourse has a capacity of up to 500 seats and 1,500 standing. 

Small events: 

• The Atlantic Suite at Sheraton Skyline Hotel London Heathrow has a capacity of up to 100 seats and 120 standing.
• The Brain Box at Radisson Blu Edwardian Heathrow has a capacity of up to 20 seats. It’s structured as a breakout meeting room and is multi-sensory, with whiteboard walls you can write on.
• The Radisson Blu Edwardian Heathrow has a number of smaller rooms that are perfect for groups of under 100.
