A Conference and Gala Dinner for Dentsply

We worked with Dentsply once again in January, utilising our event expertise to enhance their sales meeting.

The two-day event took place at Walton Hall in Warwickshire and comprised a conference and gala dinner.

We installed a twin screen set that incorporated two large 12-foot screens. To allow more space for delegate seating, we designed a front projection set up and used an ultra-short lens. We also built a central stage with a printed backdrop and a short catwalk that allowed speakers to interact more with their audience.

For the evening gala dinner, we transformed the central stage from a conference feel to one of celebration, by replacing the printed backdrop with a star cloth and adding discrete audio speakers. We washed the room in LED lights and Chauvet Rogue spot lighting to create a party atmosphere.

The event was declared an impressive success, and Conference Craft is looking forward to working at Walton Hall in the future.
