PROJECT DESCRIPTION
An event that required a quick transformation – Conference Craft were commissioned to set up and supply the stage and AV equipment for a pharmaceutical company’s sales division event. This event involved a daytime conference as well as a ‘Haunted House’ themed Halloween dinner. For the daytime conference, Conference Craft installed the backdrop, incorporating starcloth and a selection of simplistic uplights, and later on, once the conference had finished, we had a limited time-frame to transform the room from formal and simplistic into a room with an atmospheric Haunted House theme, using a variety of coloured moving lights and lasers, smoke machines and props.
