Conference Craft know that many of our AV renters would not be familiar with the equipment they hire from us. As a result, we always explain the setup procedures and operation of equipment being rented. However, there are occasions with some of the more technical equipment we hire where our delivery to site also includes a setup and handover.
There are also situations when some of our hirers would prefer for a technician to setup and test the equipment at the venue prior to the event to ensure everything is working perfectly and ready when needed.
Some of the equipment we hire includes venue AV setup and break-down charges. If this does not apply to the AV and lighting equipment, Conference Craft can still help but, a small charge will be applied to cover our labour and travel costs.
